Terna Yankyaa
Terna Yankyaa – Chairman of the Board of Directors Terna Yankyaa is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience spanning agriculture, security, and project management. He is an Accredited Management Trainer with Nigeria Centre for Management Development, a master’s graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria. He has undergone extensive professional training, including Train-the-Trainer (TOT) courses in organizational and leadership development, development knowledge facilitation, project management, business and enterprise development, monitoring and evaluation, and value chain enhancement.
Terna is a member of the Monitoring and Evaluation Association of Nigeria (SMEAN) and has in depth expertise in value links, contract farming, SMEloop, and the Nigerian security landscape. With exceptional skills in risk assessment, analysis, and strategic recommendations. He has accumulated diverse experience across the oil and gas sector, international development organizations, and non-governmental organizations. His leadership and expertise drive Ciliathec Guards Limited towards achieving its mission of excellence.
Cecilia Gideon
Cecilia is a trained accountant of over 12 years’ experience. She is a member of the ANAN. She rose from graduate trainee of a savings and loans company to head of Marketing, having served in various departments as chief auditor/risk officer to pay roll accountant. She now runs her private business. She brings her experience to bear on the management/accounting needs of the company. She is a member of the Board responsible for the Management/Accounting and Human Resource Directorate of the company.
Engr. Vitalis Atema
Atema has worked for a Nigerian top security agency for over 34 years across Nigeria. He is a COREN Electrical electronics Engineer having graduated from the University of Agriculture Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria. He brings many years of security experience to bear on the operations and training aspect of the company. He is a member of the Board responsible for the Operations and Training Directorate of the company.
Pastor Ikese Oche Peter
Pastor Ikese is an M.Sc. holder in Deviant Behavior/Criminology from the University of Ibadan (1993), Oyo State, having earlier obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from ABU, Zaria in 1982. He has worked as lecturer, security and intelligence officer and a co-founder of many private security consulting firms. He has authored many books on security and security management among which are “Armed Robbery and Assassination: Guide to Survival” and “Introduction to Security Operations and Management.” He is a teacher, and a preacher of the word of God. He is married with children.
He is the Special Security Adviser and Consultant to the Company
Ogbu Micheal Inyava
Ogbu is an economist (Benue State University, Makurdi, Benue state) management /human resource expert of over 10 years’ experience who also holds a Diploma n Hard/software Engineering and CISCO certified Network Associate as well as a fellow of the Charted Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
He has variously worked and implemented many programmes and projects in information technology and security, installation, maintenance and trainings on CCTV systems including cabling, cameras, DVRs/power, hooking CCTV systems for remote viewing on networks and many more.
He is responsible for CCTV systems and virtual security for the company.
Buter Terngu Louis
Louis, a member of the Institute of Political Administration and Management (IPAM), has over 5 years’ experience in security operations and management, rising through the ranks as security operative to Administrative /Finance Manager and Senior Manager in one of the leading security outfits in Nigeria.
A 2014 graduate of Political Science from the Benue State University, Louis has delivered many trainings on security related topics for diverse audience. His marketing strategies and experience has always imparted his employers. He is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Barr. Alfred Danbaba Ringsum
Barr Ringsum is a solicitor and Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Nigeria for over 9 years now. He has extensive experience in the law practice and consultancy, business development, estate and many other areas. He is the Company Secretary.
