  Niger:

• On 22nd 2020, The Nigerian Police Force Madalla Division, Niger State Command shot two suspected robbers to death while they arrested five other accomplices, the arrested suspects were handed over to the State Police Command CID in Minna, while efforts to locate the other gang members is in progress.

   Borno

• On 22nd 2020, Information has it that an Army Colonel, Col. Dahiru Chiroma Bako was injured in one of the encounters with suspected insurgents, died while receiving medical care; it was during the exchange of fire in Damboa that the senior officer was fatally wounded while several soldiers and terrorists were killed.

  Jigawa:

• On 23rd 2020, Report has it that, the Jigawa State Police Command confirmed the death of at least one person while scores of others suffer some degrees of injury as a result of the farmers/herders clash in Madumuwa Community in Guri Local Government Area of the state.

Ogun:

• On 23rd 2020, The Ogun State Police Command paraded seven fake soldiers, who were arrested for alleged armed robbery on the State’s end of the Sagamu-Benin expressway by a team of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

Bauchi:

• On 23rd 2020, Bauchi State Police Command arrested a 60year-old man for raping a 5year old girl in Nahuta village Toro LGA of the State, the suspect was arrested and investigation is ongoing, after which the suspect will be charged to court for prosecution.

Anambra:

• On 23^rd 2020, The Anambra State Police Command arrested two suspected child traffickers and rescued two babies suspected to have been stolen at Uruagu village

Nnewi, the twin babies were sold at the rate of ₦150,000.

• In the same vain, the Police arrested a 26year old man, Stanley Okpara for defiling a teenager in Okpoko, Ogbanu LGA of the State, it happened when the girl went to supply him waterproof bag, the said suspect had unlawful carnal knowledge of the girl.

Abuja:

• On 24th 2020, A 23year old man escaped mob action for allegedly stealing a plasma television in Wumba village Abuja; the Suspect was arrested and whisked away in a Police patrol van.

Kaduna:

• On 25th 2020, Information has it that gunmen abducted a nursing mother identified as Rebecca and five others at a village called Jigi under Udawa town in Chikun LGA of Kaduna State; the gunmen stormed the small settlement and picked six persons 3 males and 3 females.

Abia:

• On 25th 2020, A Policeman was killed by suspected gunmen in Abia, while four others sustained varying degrees of injuries, the incident occurred at Okagwe junction, Amaekpu Ohafia in Ohafia LGA of the State during a heavy downpour.

Citizens and corporate organizations are strongly advised to exercise caution in their day to day activities including overland travels and report suspected cases to the security authorities.
