· On 15th May 2026, recent intelligence update disclose that a man who sexually assaulted his neighbors daughter and 3 others have been arrested by the police in Adamawa State. The spokesperson of the state command confirmed this to newsmen. |

· On 11th May 2026, verified account claim that the Akwa Ibom State Police Command had arrested two suspected members of firearms supply syndicate involved in supplying arms and ammunitions to criminals operating in the state. This was confirmed in a statement by the command spokesperson, DSP Timfon John. |

· On 11th May 2026, credible sources reveal that operatives of the NDLEA have arrested 3 persons with disabilities for alleged trafficking during separate operations in Anambra and Kwara States. Spokesperson of the agency disclosed this in a statement issued in Abuja. |

· On 12th May 2026, findings from credible sources reveal that at least 8 people have been killed during a suspected cult attack on Makurdi, the Benue state capital. The incident occurred just six days after a similar attack at Angwan Jukun where people were killed. |

The commands’ spokesperson said the child was rescued by operatives of QRS Warri. |

The attackers arrived in numbers on motorcycles, during sporadically and causing panic among residents. · On 14th May 2026, the Katsina State government has confirmed 105 suspected cases of meningitis Arceus nearly 20 LGAs of the state amid heat condition being experienced in the region. |

The attack occurred when gunmen targeted herders near Gero in Jos South LGA injuring 1 and killing 21 cattle. · On 14th May 2026, information compiled from credible sources indicate that gunmen have killed a young couple in a fresh attack on Angwan Ishaku community in Barkin Ladi LGA of Plateau State. 2 other persons reportedly got injured during the attack. |

· On 11th May 2026, security alerts obtained from credible sources reveal that, troops of the JTF have liked scores of Boko Haram terrorists during a fair attack on a military formation in Goniri, Gujiba LGA of Yobe State. The development comes 2 days after the troops reportedly repelled a similar assault. |

· On 12th May 2026, external reports have confirmed that, gunmen suspected to be bandits attached a convoy of travelers in Zamfara State, killing at least 10 people and injuring several others. The incident occurred along the Magami-Dansadau road, forcing many travelers to flee into nearby bushes. · On 13th May 2026, credible accounts reveal that, a military airstrike on Tumfa market in Zurmi LGA of Zamfara State had reportedly killed at least 17 people and injured several others. Residents said the casualties involved bandits and civilians. |

The FCT commandant of the NSCDC disclosed this to newsmen in Abuja. · On 15th May 2025, credible reports have revealed that the speaker of the Gwagwalada Area Council and good aide have died in a ghastly motor accident at Sheda village along the Abuja-Lokoja highway. Resident said the incident occurred ovulating a head in collision between Mercedes Benz car and a Sino truck. |
