· On 28th April 2026, accounts from verified sources confirm that, terrorists have killed at least 29 people in an attack on Sabon Gari village in Guyaku District, Gimbia LGA of Adamawa State. A resident confirmed that the attack occurred when the many villagers had gathered to watch a local football match. |

· On 29th April 2026, recent intelligence suggest that the Akwa Ibom State Police command and the EFCC have rescued 14 victims abducted by sea pirates along the Calabar-Oron Waterways. The PPRO in the state, DSP Timfon John started this in a press release. |
